Vorstellung des Berichts „Nachwirkungen der Dublin-Überstellungen nach Polen“

Im Namen des Projektteams möchten wir alle Interessierten herzlich einladen zur Präsentation des Berichts über die „Nachwirkungen der Dublin-Überstellungen nach Polen“.

Der Bericht deckt gravierende systemische Mängel im polnischen Asylsystem auf, insbesondere in Bezug auf sogenannte Dublin-Überstellungen aus Deutschland nach Polen. Er zeigt die faktische Aussetzung des Zugangs zum Asylverfahren für Geflüchtete, die über Belarus eingereist sind, sowie die systematische und willkürliche Inhaftierung besonders schutzbedürftiger Asylsuchender.

Der Bericht erscheint auf Deutsch, die Veranstaltung zur Veröffentlichung findet auf Englisch statt. Dazu haben wir polnische Anwält*innen eingeladen, die an dem Bericht mitgewirkt haben.

REPORT LAUNCH EVENT: POLAND NOT SAFE

On 29th January 2026, we are launching the long-awaited German version of “No systemic flaws”??? The aftermath of Dublin transfers to Poland report („Keine systemischen Mängel“??? Die Nachwirkungen der Dublin-Überstellungen nach Polen)with participation of Polish asylum lawyers and in the presence of survivors of border violence along the Belarus-Poland-Germany flight route – the very chain of violence. 

The report – accomplished with support from Brot für die Welt and Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung – exposes systemic flaws in the Polish asylum system focusing on the situation of persons subjected to Dublin “transfers” (deportations) to Poland by Germany. It highlights Poland’s complete suspension of access to asylum for those arriving via Belarus, systematic and arbitrary detention of asylum-seeking unaccompanied minors of 15+ years old, families with children, pregnant women, persons with disabilities, persons in psychiatric crisis and other vulnerable groups of asylum seekers, as well as further systemic flaws. 

The launching event – in English – takes place on 29th January 2026, 14:00-17:00, at the premises of Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung, Straße der Pariser Kommune 8A, 10243 Berlin and online.
